Therefore, the team emphasizes accuracy, transparency, and alignment with scientific expertise. Subsequently, the updated data will support evidence-based policy decisions for medium-term research planning.
Revitalizing Research Groups to Accelerate Research Performance
FST UNAIR positions Research Groups as the driving force of scientific productivity. For this reason, revitalization serves as a strategic step to enhance research performance. The faculty encourages each group to refine its research roadmap. With a clear roadmap, researchers can work more effectively and collaboratively.
At the same time, science and technology evolve rapidly. Therefore, periodic evaluation becomes essential. Through continuous assessment, the faculty ensures that every Research Group remains adaptive and competitive. Moreover, this approach optimizes the academic potential of lecturers and researchers.
Furthermore, revitalization opens opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration. It also strengthens internal coordination among departments and study programs. Consequently, research output can grow in both quality and impact.
Through this coordinated initiative, FST UNAIR demonstrates its strong commitment to improving research governance. The leadership invites all academic units to move forward together. Ultimately, this collective effort strengthens the position of Universitas Airlangga at both national and international levels.
With solid coordination and the active participation of all attendees, the faculty remains optimistic about continuously improving research quality. This initiative also strengthens the position of Universitas Airlangga as a leading university at both national and international levels.
