Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) continues to demonstrate its commitment to strengthening synergy and enhancing performance among academic community elements through the Department Head Work Meeting (Kadep) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The event, held from Saturday, September 21, 2024, to Monday, September 23, 2024, was attended by UNAIR Rector, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nasih, S.E., M.T., Ak., along with faculty leaders and department heads.
During this event, participants discussed various strategies and future development plans to improve academic and managerial quality within the university. In addition to strategic discussions, the event also served as an award ceremony to recognize departments that achieved outstanding accomplishments.
Three departments from the Faculty of Science and Technology earned prestigious awards. The Department of Biology was awarded First Place in the category of “Best Teaching Load Management.” Meanwhile, the Department of Physics secured Second Place for “Best BKD (Workload Assessment) Management,” and the Department of Chemistry won Third Place in the category of “Faculty Intellectual Contribution: Cumulative CPF (2019-2024).”
These achievements serve as tangible evidence of each department’s commitment to enhancing the quality of education and research at Universitas Airlangga.
