Universitas Airlangga has officially released an updated schedule for its even semester graduation ceremonies for the 2025/2026 academic year. The revision was issued by the Directorate of Education through Letter Number 186/B/DST/UN3.PEND/PK.00/2026, dated January 5, 2026.
The document was formally signed by Dr. Maftuchah Rochmanti, Director of the Directorate of Education. It also serves as a follow-up to a prior notice (Letter Number 22832/B/UN3.PEND/PK./2025, dated December 24, 2025). All prospective graduates are therefore required to take note of these updated provisions.
Graduation Dates and Yudisium Requirements
The university has confirmed two graduation periods: Period 261 will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026. This session is reserved exclusively for students who have completed their yudisium (final academic clearance) no later than March 11, 2026. Students are urged to finalize all academic obligations ahead of this deadline
Period 262 is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2026. For this second session, the yudisium deadline is extended to May 20, 2026, allowing students who graduate between March and May to participate in the June ceremony.
Students are advised to verify their yudisium status via the university’s academic system (SIAKAD) or consult their respective faculty’s academic office. In parallel, early preparation of graduation documents—such as diplomas, academic transcripts, and ceremonial attire—is strongly recommended to avoid last-minute complications during the official registration process.
This announcement has been formally distributed to all Faculty Deans and the Director of the Graduate School, with copies forwarded to the Rector and faculty-level academic administrators. Faculties are expected to relay this information through their respective internal channels.
Prospective graduates should take careful note of the two confirmed dates—April 11, 2026, and June 20, 2026—and align their academic completion timeline accordingly.
