The faculty officially joined the <span class=\"s1\"><b>GREENSEA project Kick-off Meeting<\/b><\/span> on 5\u20136 February 2026. The meeting took place at Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU), Vietnam.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\">The FST UNAIR delegation included <span class=\"s1\"><b>Prof. Dr. Fatmawati, M.Si.<\/b><\/span> and <span class=\"s1\"><b>Cicik Alfiniyah, Ph.D.<\/b><\/span> Both representatives actively contributed to strategic discussions with partners from Europe and Southeast Asia. Through this forum, all institutions aligned their project vision from the outset.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Moreover, the meeting reinforced a shared commitment to sustainable higher education. The GREENSEA project focuses on strengthening human resource capacity. Key priorities include clean technology, digital literacy, and environmental awareness.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h5><b>Strengthening Project Governance and Innovative Learning<\/b><\/h5><\/h5>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\">The project coordinator, <span class=\"s1\"><b>Prof. Dong Trong Nguyen from NTNU<\/b><\/span>, led the main sessions. He emphasized the importance of transparent and measurable project governance. Therefore, all partners agreed on a clear operational framework.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"739\" src=\"https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2B.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22520\" style=\"width:781px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2B.jpeg 1600w, https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2B-300x139.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2B-1024x473.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2B-768x355.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2B-1536x709.jpeg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>FST UNAIR actively shared strategic perspectives during the discussions. The delegation highlighted the role of digital education in creating inclusive learning environments. In addition, the team stressed the importance of flexible teaching methods.<\/p>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\">Through this project, FST UNAIR promotes <span class=\"s1\"><b>flipped classroom<\/b><\/span> and <span class=\"s1\"><b>hybrid learning<\/b><\/span> approaches. These methods align well with current student needs. As a result, the learning process becomes more adaptive and efficient.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>Furthermore, discussions addressed the growing demand for experts in clean technology. Consequently, sustainability-based curricula gained strong attention. This collaboration is expected to enhance graduate competitiveness at the global level.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h5><b>International Collaboration for Sustainable Development Goals<\/b><\/h5><\/h5>\n\n<p>The GREENSEA Kick-off Meeting also strengthened international academic networks. Cross-cultural interactions opened broader opportunities for collaborative research. In particular, partners explored solutions to global environmental challenges.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1520\" height=\"1013\" src=\"https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2C.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22522\" style=\"width:762px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2C.jpeg 1520w, https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2C-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2C-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/fst.unair.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/2C-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1520px) 100vw, 1520px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Beyond academic matters, the meeting built strong institutional trust. Each partner contributes as part of a shared solution. Therefore, this collaboration offers long-term impact.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><p class=\"p1\">During the final session, participants agreed on a <span class=\"s1\"><b>measurable project implementation timeline<\/b><\/span>. This agreement covered targets, outputs, and dissemination strategies.
