BKD Reporting Revision Phase UNAIR 2025/2026: Lecturers Should Carefully Review 4–7 March Schedule

SURABAYA – Universitas Airlangga reminds all lecturers to carefully review the Revision Phase of BKD Reporting for the Odd Semester 2025/2026. Each stage plays an important role. However, the Revision Phase on 4–7 March 2026 becomes the most decisive period. Therefore, lecturers should allocate sufficient time and respond promptly to evaluation results.

The BKD reporting covers lecturers’ performance from 1 July to 31 December 2025. Lecturers input all tridharma activities through the SISTER system. After completing the LKD submission and receiving Stage I evaluation from assessors, the process enters a critical phase. At this point, lecturers must act carefully and strategically.

The 4–7 March Revision Phase Determines the Final Result

During 4–7 March 2026, lecturers review the LKD that assessors have evaluated. They examine every comment thoroughly. Then, they revise sections that require adjustment. Through this step, lecturers ensure that the report accurately reflects their academic performance.

This phase is not merely an administrative step. Instead, it directly influences the final BKD outcome. If lecturers overlook assessors’ recommendations, the final assessment may be affected. For this reason, lecturers should respond actively and precisely.

In addition to revising content, lecturers must complete all supporting documents. They need to ensure that each document matches the reporting period. Furthermore, lecturers should communicate directly with assessors whenever clarification is necessary. Clear communication helps the revision process move efficiently.

After the Revision Phase ends, assessors proceed to Stage II Evaluation on 8–11 March 2026. During this stage, assessors re-evaluate the revised LKD. Subsequently, they finalize and validate the assessment results. This stage concludes the entire BKD reporting cycle for the semester.

Universitas Airlangga emphasizes discipline and accuracy throughout the process. Nevertheless, the 4–7 March Revision Phase holds the most strategic role. Therefore, lecturers should give special attention to this period.

Through preparedness, responsiveness, and careful review, lecturers can maintain high-quality BKD reporting. In addition, this commitment strengthens academic governance across the university.
