BKD Reporting for Odd Semester 2025/2026 at Universitas Airlangga

The performance withdrawal period covers 1 July to 31 December 2025. Thus, lecturers must ensure that all academic activities are properly recorded. Lecturers submit BKD reports through the SISTER Kemendiktisaintek system. In addition, they can access the official platform at https://sister.kemdiktisaintek.go.id/.

The integrated system helps lecturers document teaching, research, and community service activities. Consequently, performance data becomes more accurate and traceable.

BKD Reporting Schedule and Evaluation Stages

The first stage involves LKD submission from 13–19 February 2026. During this period, lecturers upload and organize their performance portfolio in SISTER. Next, lecturers review their data carefully before final submission. After that, they press the “Permanent Save” button once all information is complete.

Assessors conduct the first evaluation stage from 20 February to 1 March 2026. At this stage, assessors review workload compliance and credit allocation. Besides reviewing, assessors provide notes if necessary. Subsequently, lecturers address these notes during the revision period from 4–7 March 2026.

Lecturers revise their reports based on the assessor’s recommendations. Therefore, the final document accurately reflects their academic performance. Assessors continue with the second evaluation stage from 8–11 March 2026. During this final review, assessors verify the revised reports.

After completing the review, assessors officially validate the assessment. Consequently, BKD Reporting for Odd Semester 2025/2026 reaches completion.
