The Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Airlangga, delivers important academic information to all lecturers and students. This announcement supports preparation for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026. Moreover, the faculty refers to official circular letters issued by the Faculty and the Directorate of Education.
Therefore, the faculty urges all academic members to understand and follow academic regulations consistently. As a result, learning activities can proceed in an orderly and planned manner. Furthermore, the faculty emphasizes the importance of complying with the established academic schedule.
In addition, orderly academic management supports the improvement of educational service quality. Consequently, lecturers and students should use the academic system optimally. Ultimately, compliance with academic regulations supports the success of the learning process.
Course Registration Regulations and Student Academic Status
First, all students at every level must complete Course Registration. Students must submit their Study Plan Card during 26–30 January 2026. Students access the registration service through the Universitas Airlangga Cybercampus system.
Next, regular students use Cybercampus V1 for standard courses. Meanwhile, MBKM, BBK, and Double Degree students use Cybercampus V2. In addition, students may access course registration services only between 08.00 and 16.00 WIB.
Subsequently, students complete KPRS submission from 16 February to 1 March 2026. The faculty emphasizes mandatory completion of KRS and KPRS for all active students. Therefore, students should ensure all academic data are submitted correctly.
Students who fail to submit KRS will receive an academically inactive status. As a consequence, these students cannot participate in lectures or academic activities. Furthermore, the faculty reports this status to the Higher Education Database. link
