Surabaya, January 16, 2025 – The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) of Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) held its 2025 Initial Leadership Coordination Meeting, along with the signing of the 2025 Performance Contract.
The event, held at 09:00 WIB in the Faculty of Science and Technology’s Meeting Room, 2nd floor, was attended by all leaders and representatives from each unit, including the Dean and Vice Deans of FST UNAIR, Heads of Departments and Secretaries, Coordinators of Study Programs, BPF Chairman, USI Coordinator, SPM Chairman, Expert Staff for Vice Dean I, as well as Administrative Staffs and relevant unit heads.
The Dean of FST UNAIR opened the event with a speech and provided guidance regarding the faculty’s strategic agenda for 2025. In her remarks, she emphasized the importance of maintaining integrity and synergy among units to achieve the targets that have been set.
One of the main agendas of this meeting was the cascading of targets, where each unit in the faculty discussed the details of the work targets to be achieved throughout 2025. Additionally, the signing of the performance contract took place as a form of shared commitment to implementing the planned work programs.
The meeting concluded with a discussion session addressing various challenges and strategies that will be applied to improve the faculty’s performance in the coming year.
