The Bachelor of Biology is one of the leading programs of the Faculty of Science and Technology. Biology as a basic science is a source of information needed for the development of applied sciences such as agriculture, fisheries, animal husbandry, health, and pharmacy. This program has 5 (five) groups of expertise (KBK) consisting of KBK Botany, KBK Zoology, KBK Ecology, KBK Microbiology, and KBK Environment. Biology graduates are designed to be able to solve various problems, especially environmental problems and organism reproduction. Several recognitions have been obtained, such as the superior accreditation BAN-PT and two international accreditations ASIIN and AUN.
The Bachelor of Biology aims to be an outstanding and leading undergraduate program in the field of biology and its applications at the national and international levels to promote human welfare and environmental sustainability based on religious morality.
