Faculty of Science and Technology Universitas Airlangga is one of the centers for the development of science and technology, where there are positive interactions between faculty and students, among fellow faculty, and between civitas and practitioners in knowledge transfer activities and conducting the latest research, which is supported by adequate facilities.
Our commitment to academic excellence is unwavering. We have produced excellent, independent and innovative graduates who are ready to compete in the global arena. We strive to nurture minds and curiosity as well as sustainable change and development. Innovation comes from our faculty and students. We continue to build an environment that fosters creativity and cross-disciplinary collaboration to explore new ideas and create breakthroughs that benefit society.
Faculty Strategic Plan
Faculty of Science and Technology Universitas Airlangga (FST UNAIR) will continue to be developed based on strategic planning in supporting the achievement of “The Best Science with Morality” which is in line with UNAIR’s strategy “SMART University”, namely FST UNAIR with international standards and entrepreneurial graduate products. The FST UNAIR Strategic Plan is prepared for the next five years, from 2021 to 2025.
Supporting Sustainable Development Goals
Faculty of Science and Technology Universitas Airlangga has adopted the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): ending poverty, hunger and inequality; achieving healthy and prosperous lives; improving education; addressing climate change and the environment; achieving peace, justice and resilient institutions; and building strong institutions and partnerships.
MBKM: Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka
What is Kampus Merdeka? A comprehensive pre-vocational program to prepare Indonesia’s best generation. Kampus Merdeka is part of the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Merdeka Belajar policy, which provides opportunities for students to hone their skills according to their talents and interests by going directly into the world of work in preparation for their future careers.
